Chart Attack

"Deck the stores with 'best of' compilations
Fa lala la laaa la la la la!
'Tis no new album (hear fans' frustrations)
Fa lala la laaa la la la la!
Include a horrifying Stones' cover
But the album should appease a Tea Party lover
Fa lala la laaa la la la la"
Tangents: The Tea Party Collection is specially
garnered to hook into potential Tea Party fans who previously didn't
want to dish out the bucks for earlier albums, yet has enough material
in it to go fishing for sales from their present fan base. The album
features the new single "Walking Wounded," two songs that
didn't make it to the TRIPtych sessions and an abominably bad bad bad
cover of "Paint It Black." The remixes of early songs "The
River" and "Save Me" are hardly worth mentioning, they
should have been left alone. Nice packaging, though, and there is a
small (albeit yawn-inspiring) novel included.
